My name is Colleen and I have been using SparkPeople for 1 week now and I just love it! I am so glad to see so many Christian Teams too! I could not do this without Him.

I was saved back in 2001 and was filled with the Holy Spirit in 2004. What a difference the Holy Spirit made! It was then that I was able to truly do all things. It was then that I was really able to live for Him.

I met my husband in 2008 and soon after he was filled with the Holy Spirit also. We are raising our child up to know Him also but we now want to teach her about healthy living.

I know it is not what we eat that saves us, but I also know that although all things are permissible, not all things are beneficial. I only want what will provide good things and benefit my health for Him. I only want God's best for me and for my family.
