Kate~ Welcome! It's nice to see a face from home, so to speak. Are you up for a 10K on the 28th? I'm registered for The Great Pumpkin Race at Camp Ellis that day...it's a flat course, never run it before but looking forward to it. Also running the Hannaford Turkey Trot on the 18th of November....nothing else scheduled between those two races, do you know of any in the Augusta-Portland area in that time frame? Hi! I am so happy that I found this group! After peaking around a little bit you all seem so motivating and positive.
I have been running for 3.5 years and I am definitely NOT a distance runner. My goal is 3 miles 4x a week with an occassional 5 miler thrown in here and there. I have done 6-5k & 2-10K over the last couple of years. BUT, I am looking to stay consistant and not sporadic in my running plan.
