I used to run when I was in my 30's, then a back injury ended my running. I finally found a doctor that got me back on course, and now after 11 years I'm running again. I just finished the 5k running program and I've got two 5k's under my belt. I'm still in the running/walking stage, I'm moving up slowly. I run for 8 minutes then walk for 1, hoping to move up to 10/1 by the end of the month.
