Welcome to the team! I think you should be able to do it. And even if worse case scenario is that you have to walk a little bit it will help you to get back into the feel of running in a race to help motivate you to keep working on your dream. You can do this!
Hello, I am happy to meet you all. My name is Andi and I am 51. I used to run quite a bit in High School, and was on the track and cross country teams ( as well as swimming) and I want to be able to run again. I have had some success working with my trainer and I intend to build in that. I run slowly at this point, but look forward to being able to be faster. My one real question at this point is If I am starting now, is it reasonable to run 2 5k's in December, each a week apart?
