Over 2 years ago, I did the couch to 5K program with much success and continued running for 18 months. About 6 months ago, I allowed some life events and other stress inducers to...well, stress me out. As a consequence, I gained back a great deal of weight and about 3 months ago stopped working out altogether. I'm repeating the C25K program, and working out 5-6 days a week. I'm hoping this team will help keep me motivated and give some good insights into running. I want to get back the confidence that running gave me.
