Hi Veronica and Coach Nancy and all the other rookie Running group members!
I was on Sparkpeople years ago, loved it and all the site had to offer!
I've run a bunch of 5k and 10k races, a few 10 milers and 4 half marathons.... Why did I stop? Life? Work? Etc.. No more excuses, cuz that's all they are, excuses. And oh how I have missed running! So this past week I have been watching and tracking everything I eat and tomorrow morning, I'm lacing up my shoes and getting back out into the groove! Gotta start slow tho, walking/running intervals (more walking than running will occur, I'm sure) but I'm starting none the less!
I'm glad to be a part of the team again, this time, I'm not going anywhere! :)
