Hi! I'm Towanda and I'm on week 2 of the Couch to 5k program. I'm scheduled to run a 5k the beginning of April and I have a lot of work to do to get there. I'm scared but also thankful for the challenge!
Hi,my name is Robin and I am 56 years olds and trying to start a running program, tried running in my various ages and had a hard time sticking with it, funnny thing though is I see myself as a runner. I am hoping this will help me lose wt and tone up. I like to walk and run outside but it decied that it would snow last nite and might have to go on the treadmill. Join the 8 week rookie running plan and will also try and get a virtual run in some time.
