My name's Ash. I'm 25 (as of next Monday at least!) and living in London.
I've done quite a bit of rowing and cycling in the past but running is new to me. I've been building up over the past few weeks, and have now run 7k - but I'm hoping to complete a charity 10k fun run on December 9th so I have some training to do!
I joined spark because I want to lose weight - but I also want to do it in a way that makes me feel fit and healthy, and this seems like a great group for that :)
