Welcome! I started jogging last year after I ran the warrior dash last year. I was by no means good at running at all then but it felt so good to finish... Without dung. :-) so I have been working at running off and on ever since.

Hello from rainy and windy Western Pennsylvania! I am 45 years old Polish lady who lives in Pittsburgh area. Started running (jogging, actually) about 7 weeks ago. I'm very slow and sometimes I just struggle, but I really like all this running thing. Signed up for a local 5K on Thanksgiving day morning. Hope to finish it!
