Your pace per mile for the 5K (32 minute finishing time) is a 10:18 minute per mile pace.
I really like Greg McMillan's Running Calculator (see link below)...just remember the longer the distance you race, the slower your pace will be and you don't want to train for your races at race pace very often nor for the entire distance, until race day.
