Congrats!!! Good luck on the turkey trot! I wanted to do ours but I'm hosting thanksgiving and an early time at that.

I pushed myself today, ran 2 1/2 miles with very minimal walking. I've been at this off and on. Now it's ON! :-)

Hi Team, I've finally decided to join this team as I near completion of a long-long-long (probably the longest ever) time to complete C25K. My goal is to finally be able to run a full 5k - our local Thanksgiving Turkey Trot and all signs are looking good if I don't hurt myself. And My husband, who hasn't been a runner is joining me so we're hoping to do it together.

I look forward to getting to know you and learning lots!
