Hi Roger Welcome to the team. I also started at 220 pounds lost 55 pounds with right eating and running, did 5K, 10K, then 1/2M and now full marathon.

My name is Roger and have just started putting running into my routine, have been walking for quite awhile. I have finished a Navy 10K run in 70 mins in August and now just keeping up training for the next one. That first event was amazing with over 1500 people there.
My goal is to drop my weight down to 175 lbs from my current weight of 197, a year ago I was 230 lbs.....getting there...
