Good Morning All. Wow. I'm 51 and back in running. Used to run when I was in my 20's. Ran 5ks in college for the fun and t-shirts! I played soccer then so running was part of every day. My son has gotten me back into the running now and it has helped me drop the weight and get fit. Went through the Rookie Running 5k training. Working on getting my time down. Takes me 36-37 minutes to run my 5k now. Keep you posted
