Hey everyone!

My name is Kristin and I'm a 29 year old female that has always struggled with my weight. While I have always been pretty active, if i don't watch my weight, it will creep up very quickly which is what has happened over the last few months while I finished my masters degree and worked full-time. I love running and ran a 10k last fall before stopping my running activities all together. I am ready to commit myself to getting back to my healthy life style through eating right and working out on a regular basis. I look forward to this journey with you all and appreciate the encouragement!
