Hi there! My name is Heather. I am currently a low mileage runner, running 2 miles about three times a week. I completed the Couch to 5K this spring & have competed in four races since then. I am running another 5k in 2 weeks and after that, I want to start increasing my mileage, to where I am running 5 miles three times a week. I am happy to have found this group, as I feel any ideas, inspiration, and encouragement may give me the push I will need as I increase mileage.
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.
