You can do it! I always thought I couldn't run, either, because of my asthma, but I surprised myself and totally love it! Just remember baby steps!

Hey there fellow Rookie runners,
I am here to give this a go, i have always wanted to run but I have always thought I was to big to give it a try well, forget that I am giving it a go any way, I plan to start out small and work my way up ok KM at a time (well right now one meter at a time lol)
