Hello! Very new to the team and running.
I started out about 2 weeks ago using the free run on my Wii Fit. Started at 10 minutes and worked my way up to 20. Really thought it was trying to kill me...
The weather is starting to get nicer here now. (Or at least until Mother Nature reminds us once again the I live in northern Minnesota.) So, I thought I would give it a try outside. I knew this was going to be much more difficult than running in my livingroom. I tagged a 1 mile circle starting and ending at my house. Well, I finished the cirlce. I didn't jog the whole thing. I did finish by doing walk/jog intervals though. I was pretty proud of myself.
Slow and steady wins the race.
