Yes, I will be doing more training for my next one in 5 weeks. Hope to get in 3-4 runs a week, working on my pacing and running a bit longer. My speed I will work on later. That was a pretty good time considering I had NO training whatsoever, so I know the speed will come.

Great job!! Way to go!

I didn't do the c25k, but just started running one day. When I heard about c25k I was already able to do 25 minutes. BUT!! I wish I had done it for the speed. I am a slow runner & maybe if I had started out faster for shorter period of time, I might be faster now.

Working on sprints & intervals now to build speed. You made great time!! Keep it up!!

I did not train at all. I found the C25K kinda boring and I wanted to just run. I do lots of other exercise, Turbo Kick, Hip Hop Hustle, Zumba and I do TRX and kettlebells for strength training. I did some walking/jogging but not much.

My first 5K was today and I came in at 41:16 which I think is respectable for a first timer! I walked a bit, but definitely want to try and run the whole thing. My next race is 9/17 and I will do some training this time.
