Are you all using Couch to 5K program on Spark or other one? I too wanted to start running, started over enthusiastically and ended up hurting me, so I am once again ready to do this, but want to do it right.

Remember that running comes in all forms. When you are beginning, it comes in a run/walk form. . . and even when you aren't so beginning. Last summer, on those really hot and humid days, I did all of my running in a run/walk method, just to keep my heart rate down.
Go at your own pace. You can do this!
