Welcome to the team C25K! It does come back, I played soccer every day, so I ran a lot, and it all came back around week 4 in the program for me, I've been gradually increasing now that I'm done...I'm almost to 4 miles!
haha... I actually laughed out loud when I read your post. I haven't read your blog yet but it sounds like your starting with a great attitude. Congrats on your re-entry into running!

Hey! I am new to the group. I used to run around 5-7 miles 7 days a week (x-country runner). Back then running 1 mile was a "warm up" HA! If I ran a mile straight now, the only warm up involved would be the medics trying to revive me after my flatline! Needless to say... I will be starting the C25k program sometime between now and next Sunday (see blog entry on delayed start explenation) I am SOOOO looking forward to being a runner again. I know it will not be easy, but I am ready to work.
