Yeah!!!! I'm on my way to doing the same. I ran for 20 minutes yesterday and for the first time I actually felt energetic upon my return home. Can't wait to work up to a 3 mile run. Who knew running was fun ;).
I've been running 2-3 times per week, building up to run 30 minutes nonstop. Today I decided I would focus on distance instead of time, and push it to 3 miles. I made it! I am so excited and proud of myself!
