I always HATED running! Now that I've been sidelined for a while... well, I have a hard time not glaring at the other runners at the gym just because they're able to run. LOL!!

Welcome! I am just like you, started running for the first time in my life on 2/1, ran my first 5K on 4/26, my second 5K on 6/7 and my third 5K on 7/5. I am running my first 10K this Saturday.
It's amazing that I have come to love running as much as I do!

I started the C25K program in March of this year. I ran my first 5k on Mother's day. Since then I have been running 3-4 days a week. I can't tell you how odd it is for me to say that I'm totally hooked on running.
I look forward to getting to know some fellow runners.
