I am so glad you are here BLAIRROSE!! We are so excited to be apart of your Sparktastic beginning! I'm Christi and am one of the Spark Power leaders. SP has truly changed my life and I know if you follow the Spark start and all the tips and tools on this wonderful site you will definitely see a change. I am a 57 year old woman and weights 323 lbs. I have been trying to lose weight since I was in my teens. In 2005 I was in Katrina then relocated to Chicago. That is when I found out that I have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure which have worried me since. I recently relocated to Arizonia where I now have found out that my kidneys is not doing too well and I am now on a low sodium diet of less than 2,000mgs a day. I have started eating right or trying but it is hard to do at times. I have been looking for help every where. All they talk about is just calories but I something that will help me in my sodium intake as well. I just was on the internet and saw this article about this lady using your site lost a lot of weight. I am also suffering from arthritis in my shoulders, knees, right hip which I hate I am always in pain everyday. I really need help and support so I achieve my goal of losing at least most of this weight and become healthy. I think this site might be just what I need.
