I am new to the team. My name is Sue and I am not entirely sure of what my diagnosis is. The first nurse practioner I went to diagnosed me with depressive episodes/anxiety episodes/hypomania episodes. I had absolutely no clue what that meant. She had me on a lot of medication and kept changing it or changing doses almost weekly. I ended up very unstable and ended up in a crisis stablization unit for 3 days and then a partial hospitalization outpatient program for 4 weeks that I just got released 2 days ago. So I am kinda of confused. I changed therapists and after I see her 3 times i will be referred to a new psychiatrist who I am hoping can give me an idea of just what exactly my diagnosis is.
I will stop babbling now I look forward to chatting with everyone.
