I have found many similar exercises on sparkpeoples exercise list; I don't think they can use the copyrighted terms used in pilates. Also, it is listed in the cardio section.

Hi there,
I added my reformer workout in as a favorite to weight training, adding in moves and reps. I also track it in cardio with a calorie burn of 200 for 45 minutes. I found reference to it on a reformer site.

Hi, I'm Ari and I just joined SparkPeople.

I'm don't consider myself overweight but I am seriously under-fit. I joined to get an extra push to squeeze time for walking and pilates into my overcommitted life.

I'm confused about how you track Pilates in the Fitness Tracker. Why don't the standard Pilates core strength moves appear as weight-lifting excercizes?

Thanks,

Ari
