hi! this is my first time posting on spark people. i'm a graduate student in DC whose been struggling with on-and-off binge eating over the last few years. im at an okay weight now, but know that if i can't get back on track with my eating, it's going to give me serious health problems down the line. so it would be wonderful to hear from any of you with a similar history - funny, but some stuff is easier to talk about with internet strangers.

I love cooking, reading, biking and people-watching. Looking forward to being active in this forum over the next few months!
