It IS hard to change one's life...which is what SparkPeople is all about...turning around old, unhealthy ways of living and moving toward living a life that is worth living!

And once we've "gotten there" and are doing well, it is such a challenge to CONTINUE to do well! That's where this SparkTeam excels in pulling together the tried & true wisdom of Sparkers who have built that lifestyle and MAINTAINED their success:

More and more recognition is being given to the importance of learning all about MAINTAINING our weight loss and healthy lifestyles...even well ahead of the time when we've actually reached our goals. Keeping our sights set on what "works" for us makes it more possible to sustain that healthy lifestyle for the long haul.

Also, it pays to reach out for support from our SparkFamily. Blog your trials, tribs and SUCCESSES. Post to message boards...just like you have...and folks will "be here" for you!

I just started back on SparkPeople and was looking at my original excited I was, motivated, putting me first...blah blah blah. So here I am 3 years later at back at the same point I was then. I need some tips to keep me on track. I don't want to be back to the start everytime. Any advice anyone? I sure could use it!
