It's been way too long since I've been involved, so I thought I would introduce myself again. I'm Julie, working mom to Alexis who is 6. I've been around SP since 2009 and had lost about 70 lbs at my lowest. Recently though, life has gotten in the way of me taking care of me. So, I'm back to try to find my healthy side again. I'm about 25 #s from my goal weight and hoping that the lessons I learned previously will resurface to help again.
My boyfriend and his kids moved in about 2 months ago and it has been a pretty tough adjustment, especially with a puppy and working as a substitute nearly every day. I'm working on getting into running again and finding my motivation and my balance. Happy to have SP here as a resource.
It's not uncommon to go to bed thinking, "Darn, I should have run today." It's not common to go to bed thinking, "I shouldn't have run today."
