Welcome! C25K is a great program for getting into running without doing too much too fast, and you can keep using it to improve your pace once you complete the program, too (just jog on the "walks" and run faster on the "runs").

Hi! I'm Lauren. I've been a member of spark for years, however am just getting serious about it. I recently had some medical issues that have really put my mind in gear that I have to get back in shape, and I'm hoping I can find a "buddy" that is just as serious in this group so we can hold each other accountable and keep each other focused and motivated!
I'm a single mother of 3, living in Endicott. I do daycare in my home and am just starting to do Partylite parties! I'm excited about getting into this again... as of today, I've started the c25k program and am counting calories.... seriously!!
