Feel free to post as many questions as you want...there are NO stupid questions!

For outdoor work one can add "gardening" as cardio in the fitness tracker. Mowing, digging, raking are all available under cardio also on the fitness tracker.

Keep coming back to the message boards to get the MOST from your SparkFamily!

Also, I highly recommend getting your SparkPage up and running and blogging your experiences.

See you 'round the SPARK! :-)

This site has so much on it - I get a little confused getting around but I'm getting better at it. Never was on a forum before - this should be ineresting. I have spent a couple days working out in the yard - is there a way to use those kinds of activities for the fitness tracker?
