I think daily weigh-ins make me a bit crazy...I prefer weekly.
Everyone goes through different phases, though and each of us experiments to find what works best for themselves.
Some folks after a period of success and working toward a more intuitive approach to their recovery, experiment with not weighing in at all for an extended period of time.
Keep trying different strategies to find what works best for you.
