Voila! Your SparkPage is visible now!
It's GREAT to have you joining our SparkTeam!
Super weight loss pre-surgery...now the challenge begins: to make those step-by-step changes toward a healthier, new YOU!
Speaking from experience I found that my weight loss surgery way back when was effective in dropping my weight from 450 down to upper 200's.
BUT: I wasn't ready to make those lifestyle changes to reinforce the weight loss and make it last.
I re-gained up to 350 pounds or so and finally got sick & tired of being sick and tired and lost the weight the old-fashioned way this time, through healthy eating and activity.
There has sure been a whole lot more SPARKIN' in my life since! I could have never accomplished this without the support of my SparkFamily!

I just checked you page, and it's set to "private" which means anyone who is not your Spark friend, cannot view it.
You might want to consider making it public. If you're not comfortable with that, perhaps you'll consider adding me as a Spark Friend. As a team leader, I like to drop by to give out goodies and communicate with team members.
I hope your nutritionist has some answers for you tomorrow.

Hi, I am new to the boards. I posted a blog but no one responded so maybe I didn't do it right. Anyway, I had lapband surgery on June 21st after years of dealing with gaining and losing weight over and over again. I am struggling with my decision to do this as you will see in my blog. I lost 50 + pounds pre-surgery but am not losing after and I am not sure why. I meet with my nutritionist tomorrow and maybe she will be able to give me some insight.
