There are a number of foods that I find much easier to deal with if I just avoid them all together...kinda like "kryptonite"...I find it easier not to have ANY than to have "just a little..."

Like an alcoholic who must be careful to avoid all alcohol...I know I need to be that way with sugary high-carb, high-fat foods.

Yes I am using the tracker,it opens your eyes . Its actually why I stumbled accross sparkpeople I was doing a search for a Nutritional tracking program ,that would also help me track the sodium levels down. Its been very helpful.

Thought I'd just say hello ,it was nice to see a more local team. I'm a happily married mother of 4 adult children soon to be grandma for the second time. I spend most my week chasing my 4 yr old grandson ,and I do mean chasing, he makes walking a game ,we race to all the fire hydrants. so far I've found the site very informative and helpful. I hit the gym three times a week but needed some help with nutrition.
