There are a number of foods that I find much easier to deal with if I just avoid them all together...kinda like "kryptonite"...I find it easier not to have ANY than to have "just a little..."
Like an alcoholic who must be careful to avoid all alcohol...I know I need to be that way with sugary high-carb, high-fat foods.
