I see you're on the Treadmill Team too...I LOVE my treadmill, even if 'millwork gets a little "old" by springtime...now I want the great outdoors and my Nordic walking and cycling.

Hello there! I am a newbie, it has taken me a while to get the opportunity to introduce myself, but I have managed to find the time. I am in my mid 30's and looking for a healthier lifestyle. Would love to be motivated to loose about 50 to 60 lbs... I have a 15 year old daughter who is part of the SparkTeens page. I look forward to learning more about this program and meeting new people! Everyday at lunch, a friend and I walk about 1 mile, I wear a pedometer as an health incentive for my health insurance through my employer. I will need lots of MOTIVATION and DISCIPLINE to stay on track.
