Go to your Spark Page and click on Edit my Spark Page. On the bottom of the page in 'edit' mode you will see the weight loss tickers and you can choose your options there. You may choose what ticker and ticker icon you want and if you want to count weight or pounds lost. Good luck and Spark Mail me if you have any problems with it!!! It is pretty self explanatory though once you get into the box. Oh, also, on top it has check off boxes and you have the option to show you your weight loss ticker or not. If you want it to show you check the box off. OK?
Best of luck to you in your journey!

Ok- I need a little help. Where do I find the little weight goal bars that everyone has at the bottom of their posts? I wanted to put one on, but can't seem to figure out where to get them. Thanks!

Eating disorder issues are very hard to face alone. You are very blessed to have the support of loving hubby. I am glad you are here. Keep seeking out support on the site. I have finally found many people who truly care and are able to give love, support, encouragement and accountability. Even when I go through low times, I meet with great support in my groups. I am thankful for SP and the good people here. I hope you find your way around and get on the right track for yourself.

I too want to welcome you. I just started Spark last week and I am having the time of my life. I was so encouraged to see a team from Binghamton. I hope you find it as much fun taking advantage of the positive people and tools that will help you get where you want in a healthy manner.

I think one of the hardest things is feeling good about taking it slowly, but in my head and heart I know this is the best method.

Best of Luck! Spark me anytime.

Hi my name is Jenn. I am a stay at home mom to 4 wonderful kids, girl 20, boy 16, girl 14 and boy 3. Wife to a wonderful hubby.

I have always had weight issues my whole life. The only thing is is that no one ever knew...lol I was always able to hide them. I used to make myself sick after I ate or I wouldn't eat for weeks. I did this for years....from age 17 till I was 29yrs old. My sickest point was at 89 lbs and I was really sick. I was going through a divorce at that time and that was in 1999. In 2000 I met the love of my life and I promised him that I would take care of myself and not stop eating and making myself sick and he promised that if he ever thought I was going back to old ways he would say something to me....I then started to put on weight. We then had fertility issues when trying to have our youngest son and of course I packed on the pounds there with the drugs then I finally got pregnant and had to be on bed rest and really packed on the pounds... I have really worked hard to lose the weight. It has taken me almost 4 yrs but I started at 226 and am now at 169. It's really hard for me to be this open about my weight but I figure that I need help and support because I can't do this alone anymore... I look forward to any advice and encouragement you can offer! I live in the Endicott area.
