This past weekend was gorgeous. I took a walk around the lake before I went to Regal to catch the new Indiana Jones movie. I love seeing people in the park. For some reason it motivates me more! Hope to cross paths with you guys sometime!
Happiness is not a destination. It is a method of life. ~Burton Hills
What a lovely weekend it was! Hope you all had a nice one ;)
I had a bridal shower, 2 picnics and a private lotsa food party where I performed at - OMG was it interesting!
I didn't do so well on one of the days, I didn't eat breakfast because I overslept and the rest of the day was SHOT! So I learned an important lesson. Skipping breakfast made me reach for the goodies BIGTIME at the bridal shower. I was so tired when I came home and my stomach hurt because I have not been eating junk for over 2 weeks! ! I crashed!
So the positive is I have learned a big lesson and moved on without losing my overall focus. Yeah

I know the park well - so that makes sense - I do know where you are talking. I usually start and end from the other end - Otsiningo North. The parking lot is up off upper front street - the new trail they just did a few years ago. It is a lot wider and a lot less crowded. For anyone that doesn't know:
The whole park - new trail and the park itself is 5.3miles ---------------------------------------- ------------- New trail 2.6mi up and back & the whole "park" area is 2.7mi ---------------------------------------- ------------- In the park - the loop around the pond is .7 mi - the loop around the ballfields .9 mi - the part that goes down into to the woods is 1.1 mi
I will definitely say hi if i see anyone with 3 springers! This week was the first time I've walked there this year but I usually just walk the park around both loops and sometimes down the path to where it circles around down in the woods (i don't know how else to explain that one!)

Do you usually walk the "park" or the "new trail"? I most always start at Otsiningo North and walk down to the park and back. How far depends on how much time we have but we often do the whole thing. I think it is like 5 miles for the whole thing, but not really sure. Kind of funny that is takes me about 2 hours with the dogs and when I run/walk it alone it takes me 65 minutes. I guess because I don't stop to pee on every bush and tree. I am sure we will cross paths soon. have a good day
Hello - I just joined SP today but I have walked at Otsinigo for years. I am hard not to notice as I am the only crazy person that I know of to own 3 springers. I hope to see you all at the park walking! Thank you for starting this group/team
