Sorry abou tthat. Got crazy at work then got really crazy at home. Now I have a little bit of time to myself before I finish up my homework assignement online. I am going to BCC part time to finish up my associates in accounting. Been working on it since fall of 2000 LOL. But I wasnt determined to do anything at that time and well now I am. But with the Tae Bo that would be awesome if I could borrow them and see how I like them. I am going to wait for this semester to be over before I do so I can give it my undivided attention.

that's not weird to me lol i love feeling like i worked out... Tae Bo definitely CAN make your muscles sore.. in the beginning and all the time like when you move into the more advanced videos.. i have tons of them if you want to borrow one sometime to try it out and see if you like it!

I have never tried Tae Bo! But everyone that I have talked to about it says they love it. I should look to see if I can buy it online or find it in a store somewhere. I just recently got Hip Hop Abs from Ebay for $20! Its fun. I love to dance so its right up my alley! Makes you sweat a ton! I cant do it at home all the time cause my boyfriend will get upset cause we only have 1 tv in the house, heaven forbid you take away his tv time. LOL A lot of people tell me that their muscles were so soar after the first time they did Tae Bo...were yours? I like that feeling cause it makes me feel like I did something! I knwo I'm wierd.

nooo actually, i love working out! once i get into it... when i lost all my weight before (82 lbs of it) i was totally obsessed with working out.. i hated taking days OFF! i just have to get myself back into that mindset and getting myself to bed early enough to not be tired (i prefer to work out in the morning before work) ... but i do agree that walking is great and i plan to do that too now that its nicer out!

Very nice to meet you as well! Thank you for inviting me! The buddy system is the best system to have. My boyfriend isn't really helping me out at all. He claims that he doesn't need to lose weight so he shouldn't have to watch what hes eating cause I am. *rolls eyes* MEN! LOL But I am positive that we can do this together and achieve our goals!! I read that you aren't really into exercising...I wasn't either but I had to keep telling myself that I wasn't going to reach my goals if I didn't start and stick to it! So I am now determined and have been going to the gym for awhile. I started last year in the beginning of Feb and then we got a snow storm on St Patricks day and I slipped and fell on ice and busted up my knee. I had to have knee surgery and then after physical therapy they gave me the ok to go back to the gym full force. I have been going monday, thursday, friday and saturday every week. There are days that I do not want to go but I keep telling myself if I don't do it then I am not going to see the results that I want to. Then once you get working out (and see results)...it honestly is addicting!! You said that you like to walk at Otsingango Park...start walking every chance you get at a good pace to get your heart rate going then slow down to let your heart rate come down and then get it going back up again through out the whole park...walking is the best place to start!!! We are in this together! emoticon

Hello everyone! I am so glad that you have opened up a forum for people in Binghamton. I think its a great idea. Helps too knowing that your not the only one in your area that is trying to watch what you eat and your weight. I have also been dieting (struggling) for many years. I am 26 years old but I have been dieting since I was in high school. I was never a skinny girl, always the tall "heavy set" girl. My health has been up and down as well as my weight. I am just down right sick of my yo-yo dieting. I am ready for this weight to all go away and never come back. Lets all stick together and get everyone to their goals as a team!!
