I usually have one glass of wine daily and I prefer Sauvignons from Argentina and Chile. I normally don't do much exercise except for construction projects around the house and day-longs yard cleanings chores.
Lately I have been limiting my carbs intake since my doctor told me my sugar levels are starting to rise - I'm 51 now.

I squeeze in 30 minutes MORE cardio on each day that I plan on drinking a glass or two of wine, which is MOST days. I don't know if it's considered a good idea but it works for me. I guess the glass (or 2) of wine is my reward for an hour or more of cardio instead of just 30 minutes. It's definitely motivating!
I have been around on SP for a few years but I just found this team. I'm happy to have found a group who has the same interests (and challenges!) that I do.
With just about 15 lb to lose, I do not have a lot of "wiggle room" with my calorie intake, but I just can't give up my wine! I usually drink 1-2 glasses daily. I'd love to know how other people manage.
I'm also wondering if anyone has tried the Sonoma diet with any success?
