I have been around on SP for a few years but I just found this team. I'm happy to have found a group who has the same interests (and challenges!) that I do.
With just about 15 lb to lose, I do not have a lot of "wiggle room" with my calorie intake, but I just can't give up my wine! I usually drink 1-2 glasses daily. I'd love to know how other people manage.
I'm also wondering if anyone has tried the Sonoma diet with any success?
