Hi, I'm Deb, from upstate NY. Got into wines a couple of years ago when I had a mom who owned a liquor store and was knowledgeable about them. ( Should say I'm a first grade teacher - hence, "a mom")! Not very adventurous, mostly stick with semi-sweet from Finger Lakes.

Sadly- I have. That does not work for me. I have tried it- I just go back and get more. I have to just tell myself "NO!" It is working at the moment. When I get into my full on exercise again that will help as well. Thanks : )

Hello - have you tried serving yourself a glass and putting the bottle away? Away from your sight, and try sipping the wine slowly. Enjoy it in your taste buds - mind the amount you are drinking sip by sip. You can do it!

Hello. I love wine. I love to drink wine. This is part of the problem. People have trouble with chips. I can't ever limit my intake to just a glass. So, I am here to work on it. I am hoping to find others with the same problem. Maybe we can cheer eachother on.
