I did 20 minutes on the HealthRider this morning and 25 on Wii Fit. Pandora has a fun channel "I wanna exercise" I muted the sound on the Wii fit and listened to pandora while I ran around the island. I burned 179 calories today.
Welcome back to exercise and a eating style change. I will ditto those concerns myself. I too need a major renovation on my lifestyle. I did it successfully in 2009, then my thyroid went a bit haywire and I started gaining and I guess gave up. I need to get back on board, I need motivation and discipline - and it falls on my shoulders. I have to make better decisions about menu planning and scheduling exercise instead of excuses. I'll join you.
Just starting back to exercise and planning on a eating change also. Ulcerative colitis is not my friend and I want to feel and look better. Back to the Wii fit when I get up today. I work swing shift so I will exercise at different times of the day. Looking forward to change!!
