Hello! My favorite thing to do on the Wii is the Advanced Step. I'm getting pretty good at it now and can get mostly goods and a few perfects. I do all of the yoga and strength training exercises, but prefer the yoga to the strength.
Joanie - what book did you write/publish?
Hi. I am Joanie, Live in Maine.
I use the wii fit and my favorite games are table tilt, and hula hooping.
I also like the soccer one. Lately I have been doing the yoga exercises. I can not get on to the floor to do a lot of exercises, but I can do some of the yoga poses.I can also do the stepping.
Outside of the wii fit, I do some chair exercise and other videos on here.
I like to do art , crafts, crochet and in the spring bird watching. Love word games also.
I have written a book and self published it, and am in the process of making another.
(Some of the wii exercises I can not do at all, like the tightrope.)
Nice to meet you. I am also new to the Wii fit challenge but I am definitely enjoying it.
I also have a dog and love to do puzzles such as Sudoku and jigsaw.
I like the table tilt because you have to get the ball in the hole. Great balance and mental exercise.
Perfect 10 is also a fun one for mental exercise because you have to add the balls up to 10 first level 15 second level and 20 for advanced.
I also enjoy the games but these just seem to be good ones to challenge the mind with as well as the body.
Which games do you prefer?
As Reba says -- I am a "modern country woman," . I am as comfortable at a rodeo or on Rodeo Drive.
Reba: "Work hard. When you're done with that, continue to work hard."
Zig Ziglar - "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
Hello to the group, my name is Amber. I was first diagnosed with depression in 2008, and later this was changed to Bipolar II. I also live with chronic pain and illness.
For multiple reasons, I'm currently at an unhealthy weight, so my short term goal for the next few months is to use nutrition and exercise to help fight depression. My longer term goal is to work toward losing weight which may decrease my pain (especially joint pain caused by a genetic collagen mutation which is increased due to excess weight bearing).
A bit more about me, I love animals and have many pets including a dog (trained as a service dog), a fish tank with several fish, three cats, four rabbits, and 16 guinea pigs (I raise/show guinea pigs and rabbits). I also love art, photography, graphic and web design, and crafts. In my free time, I like to read, mostly non-fiction books, and do puzzles such as Sudoku and jigsaw puzzles.
