My real name is Steve, but I have been given the handle Bostik by my friends, and I am stuck with it.
I am about 7 stone over weight, but want to improve my eating habit to loos weight by changing lifestyle.
Unfortunately I can't exercise energetically due to arthritis of the ankles, but I can get about without much problem, so walking will be the thing.
