After taking a break... and gaining about 20 pounds...
I figured it was finally time to come back to SparkPeople, and get serious. About 4 days ago, I started tracking my nutrition again, and started walking 2 miles in 30 min on the treadmill. I need to loose about 30 pounds to reach my first goal, so I have got to really stick to my plan. I actually only have two problems... I love to eat, and I hate to exercise! LOL I will keep everybody posted on my success!
