A LOT of us here have or had a lot to lose - many of us both! I lost 90 lbs., kept it off a year, have nearly 60 left to go on my counter, but really want to lose another 100. You can't focus on that big picture, it's too daunting. You have to decide, day by day, today I'll do what I can to live healthy, then do it. Spark has lots of help in the way of info, tracking tools, recipes & ways to calorie count your own favorites, fitness ideas even for we who are large or not so healthy, whatever. Lots of kind, caring folk who have been there, too, to encourage us. Together we can help each other stick with it, day by day. The main thing is, don't quit. Keep trying. This will take time, many tries, and, more than likely, some apparent failures. But if we don't quit, and learn from the times we fall down, we will succeed. I've shrunk out of a whole trunk full of clothes already, with another closet full still to go. We can do this.
