I felt like that when I began. I started very small on exercise as I was so out of shape. I bought a rolling walker and began walking 1 block and back. Had to rest at the corner! Last Saturday I walked a 5k! Even tiny efforts help, they just take longer to work. Change ALL the trans fats and as much of the saturated fats as you can manage out of your diet. Use a good olive oil instead of butter when you must have fat as a condiment. Keep trying! Never give up!
