I wanted to share a book that has helped me so much in terms of understanding what gout is and what can be done to help the condition. The book is called "Beating Gout: A Sufferer's Guide to Living Pain Free," by Victor Konshin. The ISBN number is 978-0-9816624-6-6. It is an easy to understand book, and gives excellent information as to what diet helps with gout.
Does anyone else have a book or other resources to share?
