emoticon A healthy body makes a happy soul! Take your time, don't hurt yourself and all your small efforts will have a big impact later on. I know this because I am riddled with injuries and gastrointestinal problems but I'm feeling stronger everyday. Good luck to you!

I am just getting back on the weightloss horse having gained 31 pounds above what my max ought to be. The first time I did this was when I quit smoking back in 2000. I offed that weight with the help of weight watchers and pure tenacity on my part. However, following back surgery and steroids and fear of moving owing to the surgery, I gain most of it back now and here I am. I have you and all the Sparkers for help along with the site and Weight Watchers as well. I am in good hands to keep my motivation cranked. Thanks for letting me join. Nan
