These challenges are great and will help with motivation. 6 Children is a handful. My children are all grown now. Have your children help you with exercise.Challenge them to jumping jacks, sit ups and jump rope, etc. This way they get exercise as well. You can do it!

Hi my name is Jess. I am a stay at home mom of 6 children my youngest being 4 months old and my oldest is 15. I started at 165 lbs. Last summer when i got pregnate with my last child I am now down to 135 since she was born in december. Hoping some Team motivation and one day challenges might help me lose the rest of my weight.
