Hi ya'll! Jill from Houston. Been a SP'er since Spring 2010. Love this site. Use it everyday! I am 56 yoa. Moving to 57 in a month from today. My dog Max makes me walk everyday. This morning we went for a walk. A half hour later he was whinning for another walk. Told him to wait a few hours. Three walks a day! Challenges to do: are to do a different exercise every day.

Hello :) I am Elyse. I lost 25 pounds in 2009, and then had a baby in 2010. I gained all the weight back over the course of 2011 and I want to shed the weight plus more in 2012. I want to be challenged but I also want to feel like I am making it work. I just started Zumba class today (it was so much fun!) and a friend of mine is having me do bootcamp with her on Thursdays. HI all: I'm Kelly and I've been holding at about the same weight for a couple of years now. Need some inspiration! I joined this group because I like to have variety and I'm looking forward to different challenges each day.

Does someone in particular post a new challenge each day or can anyone do it? I was thinking of coming up with a new challenge for myself and posting it just to hold myself accountable if anyone can do it.

Hello my name is Heather Ferdinand from Nova Scotia Canada. I'm married to Glenn for 25 years and we have 3 children 17, 20, and 22. My life is crazy busy... I am the general manager for a hotel here as well as trying to help my daughter plan a wedding for June. My job is so demanding and since my promotion 2 years ago I've found myself facing one obstical after another to living a healthy life style. I took off all my weight on Spark, and have gained back about 10 pounds and lost muscle tone. This year I'm going to try to make myself a priority and the job less so. The idea of one day challenges sounds very interesting so I'm happy to join this team.

Hi. My name is Lori. My husband and I have two children, an 18 year old son, and a 13 year old daughter. I enjoy scuba diving and gardening. I am currently going back to school to get a degree in Human Resources. In addition, I work third shift with children who have severe behaviors. I woke up one day and realized that I no longer have a size zero body any more. That's ok, but, I would like to get out of the out of 2x's. Hey everyone! I don't know how I randomly stumbled across this team, but it looked intriguing & seemed like it would fit my life, so here I am! I am a 25 yr old college student finishing up my last year of undergrad as a Psych major. Aside from that I work on-campus in a student organization office helping to run & coordinate programs as well as do a lot of the communications aspects with other students.

I joined this group because while I feel like I'm starting to get a pretty good handle on my exercise & eating habits every day, I still like having variety of all different kinds to keep me active & challenged. I can't wait to get more involved & get to know all of you!
