This Team inspires me just thinking about a unique Motivating Challenge each night. What a great idea! I found SP last week when I simply googled for nutrition stats. Well, as you know, I found a whole lot more than just some stats. It's been a great week and I'm looking forward to the journey. Just realized that as much as want the 'prize', I'm not crazy about the speed. I do hope to be at a healthy weight by the end of May for my birthday but that's the the end-all goal and date. Hmm, I think I should go journal this - I've surprised myself. Thank you SparkPeople - already an excellent influence!!!
